Increase cd on dianas W

missing Q or using W to wave clear shouldn't be so forgiving.

No. Her mana pool is taxing enough as it is, if she uses w to waveclear she will go OOM fast. Ws cooldown is fine.

Are you kidding Diana isn't going to build those items. At the most she will get sheen if she goes lich bane but that is situational. Please stop.. LOL.

Also, she's not going to have any of those items other than sheen pre 6.. Her mana pool is shallow so those items won't help her alot unless she builds them.
