Is Draft Pick the most toxic of the community?

I personally like draft pick over team builder as it gives me more of a general practice over picking the one roll I prefer with the champion I prefer (as the champion might get banned or another person might want the roll) but the people who are on the Draft pick are some of the worse people I've ever had the displeasure of playing with. Every game I've been in in draft pick has always ended into a screaming match between everyone else in the team regardless of what happened, who is winning, or why one thing goes wrong. I've dealt with Silver ranked matches that are way less toxic than these people but I don't like going into any ranked play cold so I want to at least play a game or two before I even try. However by the end of those one or two games I'm either so on tilt from other people arguing or so frustrated at the people that I don't usually end up playing more than that. Am I alone or is anyone else having a similar problem with the people?
