Some Love for Kalista?
Kalista's a fun champ, but she seems to be in a really bad spot right now. Should she get some buffs or changes to maybe put her back?

She's got buffs on the PBE right now that are actually not half bad, even though I don't think they'll do much for her outside of early game. Her E will fully refund mana cost from 1 kill with it, not 2 (making farming incredibly easy on her because it's literally free) and it will also stack while off cooldown.
However, she's due for a full rework. I remember the beginning of the season, when she was absolutely busted. I didn't see her very often, but she was literally pick or ban anywhere plat+ because of how broken she was. The problem is her kit just has too much stuff it can do, to the point where, if she's strong, she outshines every other ADC in the game. She has good kiting, an ability that's better at taking objectives than Smite, and a way to engage, and something's gonna have to give when they rework her.
Her main problem is late game. Her level 1 cheese damage is incredibly strong, and with a support who knows what they're doing (duo or pre-informed), she can get off some pretty insane early kills. However, because she doesn't scale particularly well into late game, she goes from being probably still the strongest ADC in the early game to very much so the weakest later on (although, surprisingly, Lucian has a lower win rate). Here's the changes that I think would put her in a decent-ish spot: R - Fate's Call: knockup removed Passive - Martial Poise: basic attacks deal 90% of AD removed Passive - Martial Poise: base dash speed increased W - Sentry: active portion reworked (potentially into something involving the Oathsworn a bit more) (Possibly) E - Rend deal decreased damage to epic monsters
I think that would maybe reallocate some of her power budget from her ultimate and E into her passive and W, not only making her scale better into the late game.
However, after writing all of this, I went at looked at some stats here: http://champion.gg/champion/Kalista and I gotta say, I'm surprised what I found. First off, her win rate by game length chart is actually pretty interesting. 46% at 0-25 minutes, dropping down to 43% for the 25-30, 30-35, and 35-40 minute times, and then in the 50+ minutes bracket, spiking back up to 50%. Also, win rate by games played is, in the 125+ bracket, incredibly high at 65%.
