Does Riot even care?

So I sent in a ticket to Riot about griefers, trolls, inters and exceedingly long lose streaks and also, extremely wretched unbalanced match making. The Riot employee who responded acknowledged that their match making is even worse than season 8. Now they didn't say that at exactly, they stated that they know at Riot that their match making is broken and not working this season that well at all. In season 8 they refused to even acknowledge that match making was shit, hence the comment that they know it is worse than season 8 since they actually acknowledge it this season.

So, why isn't it fixed half way through the fucking season? Like what the actual fuck is up with that? It is ruining the games of countless players, causing horrific frustration and meanwhile you ramp up perma bans on people who are frustrated with a system that you have acknowledged as broken yet won't fix. I mean you state that every match is new, but then your match making sticks someone on a team 10+ times in a row where their "teammates" go 0/15+. This will happen to a player over and over, they lose LP, they waste countless hours and time. and they do not gain account or character EXP do to repetitive losses and you still fuck them in the ass with the ban hammer for not flaming, but voicing frustration with being in a broken match that your own employees have admitted is broken.

So why? Why is match making still so un fucking balanced? Why is it not fixed yet? Why in the ever fucking donkey cock is 8-10+ match losing streaks still a fucking thing halfway through the season? Why are people getting banned when frustration arises from a system that you have acknowledged is broken?....WHY?!?!?!?!??!?

To the over sensitive board moderators, I ensured that I did not insult or harass any one in this post, I only stated what is happening in game. I made sure it was within your board rules and didn't target anyone specifically and asked some very pointed questions that need to be asked. As far as being posted in Gameplay, It could go to Gameplay or Player Behavior equally because it covers both. So I flipped a coin and it went into Gameplay. Match making is actually a very important part of gameplay, with out match making, you don't have games to play. I only clarified because I have seen a moderator say match making and gameplay are not related.
