Champion Select

I hope I am not the only one, but i really dislike the idea of not being able to look at champions when you are not picking. I feel like a lot of people like to see the champions to think about who to play and ban. Please take this advise into account and maybe implement it into champ select. It could be a simple tab that you can pull up just like after you select your champ.
