Why does the effect of cc like charm or snare still apply on bruam even though he blocked it with his shield? yet yasuo's wall does?

he only blocks the damage, the cc still applies.

Because his blocking is intercepting the projectile for his friends and would gladly take the damage and cc for them, while Yasuo is a selfish b... not going to finish that. But I think for the aoe cc spells(like nami's bubble) they should only apply to braum. So annoying when you block something like that for the adc_ and it affects them anyway_.

but that makes no sense, if i send a projectile like morg's q, and I block it, why does it still affect me, why does pantheon shield block yas's tornado damage but not the knock up?

You are intercepting the projectile, but you aren't negating it.

Because the force of the wind has to go somewhere? The tornado's shards(for lack of a better term) of wind may be blocked, but the force behind them isn't.

Also I didn't even know that he could block Yas's tornado.
