Riot maple nector says that they might buff fiora on patch 9.8. So here is my thoughts:

On statistics on op.gg, champion.gg.. her early game needs a lot of help. So the solution for fiora right now is something to help her with early game.

E changes:

Current E crit: 160% / 170% / 180% / 190% / 200%

Suggested E crit buffs: 180% / 185% / 190% / 195% / 200%

W changes:

Current W damage based on AP: 90 / 130 / 170 / 210 / 250 (+ 100% AP) Current W cool down: 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 / 16

Suggested buffs: W damage based on AD instead of AP: 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 (+50% AD) Suggested W cool down buff: 20 at all ranks

I expect more of base stat buff like hp reg or a mr buff too (cuz vlad and kennen top). She got bully to easy by ranged matchup so a hp reg buff could work.

It would be cool if they could remove the totally out of place AOE heal on her ult or the fact that she's rewarded for mistiming her Riposte.

im not against fiora buffs, but also get item 3053 out of her core build. dont balance her around the item, but remove her ability to buy it literally every single game, and then make her good without it.

i dont mind it being an occational niche item on her, but shes not supposed to be able to get this tanky by default.

FFS rito what is that sad win rate just revert Fiora already I need to cast blade waltz and I need to play with her now. F those randomly generated vitals. No feel at all. With real Fiora I am back and play without her I keep playing other games simple as that.
