Stop people from using smite while they are cc'd

Exactly what the title says. I'm tired of not being able to stop people from stealing dragons and barons while I have them taunted or stunned it's ridiculous the only kind of cc people cant use smite in is suppression. What's the point of using taunt on someone or stunning someone to stop them from getting a neutral objective when they can still steal it.
