So it's 3250 BE to be able to upgrade to mastery lvl 6... That will take you about 3-4 lvl's to maybe even afford it, Why did Riot think that was a great idea to make it so much? Why not just make them Free when you get all the tokens for them, I was fine using BE before this update to upgrade them but now that you get very little BE and I have to use BE to get champions and such it just doesn't seem fair to players.

Why do you need msatery level 6+? I see no points.
I don't necessarily think they should be free because it'll make for a good BE sink for people who have all the champs they want already or something like that, but I do agree that it's a bit expensive now with the changes to earning essence.

ORRR they should make it so every shard you get you can exhange for BE. so you can get like 6 tokens for mastery 6. the couple to afford it and the others to enchant it. it would make one tricking make sense tbh. i know thats not a good thing to promote, but at the same time they need to give us SOME WAY to farm a bit. ive been trying to get ezreal for the past 8 levels on one of my smurfs.
They're a F2P company and survive off micro transactions. They do this in an attempt to get people to buy things, in this case, probably loot boxes. Mastery emotes aren't something you NEED to play the game, so it really isn't "unfair". It's just a cosmetic thing. You're lucky you have the option for it to be free. There's plenty of games out there that nickle and dime you for everything without the option of grinding for it.
It's kinda sad how any thread demanding for something to be cheaper, free or easier automatically gets upvotes.
One of the main goals of mastery emotes was so people that have all the champions still have something to do with the blue essence. It's not meant for people who are "just levelling the account" like you say.
It's something supposed to be harder to obtain, very extra, so please don't demand it as if it was a basic need to play. It doesn't affect your gameplay.
People asking for everything to be so easy is not beneficial to the games. When everything's free and convenient all the magic and sense of achievement is lost, just like what happened to World of Warcraft.
I don't understand why 6-7 aren't gained automatically, the way the ranks before them are. Once you get enough S+/S- ranks it should just upgrade. I really don't get how using the crafting system or BE is in any way related to mastering a champion.
They cost the same value now that they did before the update
Like most things in this game (emotes, chromas) shouldnt cost things, but MICROTRANSACTIONS is strong with this company.
