leveling takes way to long to be worth being robbed of BE especially as we have to BUY rune pages and you got rid of mastery pages.
so we have to buy rune pages.
your preventing new players from getting champions as well as old players by doing this.

Like thanks for the runes but what good are new players if they need 20 champs to play ranked ? By the time they are lvl 30 won't even be close to buying 20 champs This new system is riots way to making u spend on the game clearly
