7ha7guy7774 votesNot a bug. It keeps applying. So for example: a 4 second DoT applies a 1.5s deathfire Touch that does 3 + 10% ap per 1.5. However, it reapplies for 4 seconds so it effectively adds 36% ap + 14 magic damage to the DoT which will last 5.5 seconds total
