New range

I read here that (meele)champions are getting bigger aa ranges. My favourite champion is Wukong so im not satisfied(-pisšed off) that he didn't get a bigger range. His joke makes it bigger ; his q and r make his staff bigger; his real life bases staff has changeable lenght. So why didn't he get a bigger range too? -Xin Zhao got over 200 range.(p.s Nautilus 225 which is nice and completely good) Thank you for reading and not being interested in this.
