Reconnection and bugsplat problems

When I try to pick in the client it bugslpats around every 3rd or 4th time after I pick a champion and try to change runes and its anoying because it happens so frequently. Also in when I tried to start a game it didnt want to connect, the window is just black with my normal pointer and when I click it a sound and a fail to connect window appear. If you know how to fix it Id appreciate the help.
