Trolling Basic Attack Enhancer

There are quite a lot of champions in the game with a basic attack reset and enhancer ability( , , and more) and a few patches ago got a W buff where it would increase his attack range. Following this change I know of a single champion in the entire game with an basic attack reset/enhancer that does not gain any bonus range from it: . Especially for him as a completely basic attack reliant champion this would be a change missing in the game. So why not give it to him to complete the list of Abilities that empower your next basic attack and have increased range?
