No. Hes been in the same state for over a year; he needs no changes just because he fits in a specific meta.

When the tank is 100-0ing champs with no counterplay because of CC, as well as being hard to itemise against due to true damage and high scaling magic damage, yeah, that should warrant a nerf
chogath has been exactly the same for years...the only thing that has changed is that assassins no longer can kill your entire team instantly
oh wait, that's not true..people just had to start building tanky champs otherwise they would do exactly that
