Mordekaiser and nexus

So I don't know if this is a bug or something I just never knew. But I feel like this should be changed. Mordekaiser can pull people into his shadow realm and then attack the nexus and no one can stop him except the one person in there with him. Kind of seems unfair because he can't attack turrets and stuff.
