Please Riot for the love of God...don't allow free weeks or new champ to be used in ranked. If you don't own the champ you cannot play it in ranked. And if the champ is new it can't be used till after a few days. You either get shafted with someone using it for the first time or the champ is broken and is freelo. Both scenarios are horrible on both teams.
