If I'm not mistaken, Wit's End was it's most popular when Feral Flare was big.
Sated is so beyond broken on yi XD but yeah wits end is good.
If you are against heavy ap team it might work
However keep in mind devourer > botrk is still the best way to go
And you also could use ghostblade/Shiv / ie
there is kinda no room for wits end
wits end is useful on yi vs tanks and a handful of other sated devourer junglers who pack a lot of magic damage - shyvana/warwick vs ap burst damage build yourself a hex drinker
