Best Top Laner?

HAHA RIven? Are you serious? JK it is all opinion really. The "best" top laner is whoever fits into your team's needs. Garen is probably the best juggernaut because of his simple playstyle and great damage/tankiness. Irelia, has a really nice gap-closer and damage which means she can take out carries very quick (like a Leblanc in the top lane).

Nasus is fantastic if you know how to last hit and sustain properly. Gangplank (sorry, I meant CRITplank) and Shen have global presence because of their ultimates.

But my personal favorite has got to be bruiser Viktor, hands down.
