rumble jungle isn't troll but its not always viable either. It was a thing a few patches ago then died back down again. Its done this every now and then.

For something like rumble jungle I'd say don't even touch it if you aren't someone who actively looks for mathcrafting and league news feeds to read

Only thing that changed a few patches ago was that they played it in the lcs. It worked even better before at the start of the blu smite where it gave 20 procent cdr. good times but y its pretty 'trol' in the case like akali and prerework zyra. It worked great but wasnt commen and people would call you a troll if they were mad enough in champselect. Prerework zyra jugnle worked great if they didnt went fizz jugnle which was pretty big back then. Had 66 winrate with her with over 50 games played but would still be called a troll on a regular basis in champselect.

Tanky AP I would suggest Sejuani. Most people build tanky which I would if your not ahead but if you manage to snowball a few kills you could slip in a couple AP/armor or HP items.
