She's everywhere if she kills your squishies, heals with gunblade, and basically can dive you at level 6 if she's above half health. I even tried her, and I think she needs a nerf. Do you guys agree?
Snowballing champ, don't feed early game. Beside any tanks or stuns makes her useless. Basically you have to play vs her as vs Yi, ez pz.
The funny thing about Katarina's design is that it's dependent on how well you can deal with her and her tricks. If you're incapable of dealing with her tricks (walking away from the dagger, focusing her with CC or burst, etc.) then you deserve to lose against her. However if you can coordinate with your team to get rid of her, or even counterpick her, then she's not a problem at all.
That said, Katarina's mechanical skill table is much higher than it was pre-update, so you'd only see OTPs or Mains really using her to great proficiency. One thing OP failed to mention is that even though she gets kills quickly, she also dies quickly too: This year's "Year in Review" lists Katarina as "Most Kills" and "Most Deaths". Also, OP is using a false statistic probably to push an agenda; Champion.gg only measures Platinum+ Games. Platinum+ is top 10% which is where you'll find mostly only OTPs and Mains.

Then she gets an assist in a teamfight and everybody on the enemy team ends up being dead if you haven't focused that 0/10 Katarina with 30 CS.
No it's electrocute. 
is just fine. If riot decides to Nerf kat, then nerf electrocute that's going to make kat a useless champ. She will basically get azir'd
