First time playing new Veigar and here's my thoughts

While the delay on his stun sucks. the preventing dash through mechanic is goofy and I love it. Was picking off amumu when he tried to bandage toss me right as he tried every time. The skill shot Q is amazing for farming in the lane and for blind firing for damage, it still does ALOT, so I'm not complaining. The fact that later in the game you hit two rows easily and kill the mage row in one hit makes farming the AP a little faster.
