I hate that if I leave lane because of 0 mana I have to sit around in fountain waiting for my mana to regen for a few seconds longer. Especially going up against energy champs. I would like the mana to regen a bit faster early game I already have to walk back to lane and since Energy and resourceless champs can run back to lane with no issues why can we not have quicker mana regen in fountain?
Not waiting around for your mana to regen in an action-oriented game that makes you walk for 15 seconds afterwards doing nothing as you get back to lane?
That would make too much sense.

mana use to regenerate quicker, but sometime around season 5 they nerfed it, i dont even remember why it probably had to do with the same reason they originally removed homeguards
Fountain is such a joke that ppl can enter in It, Kill u and walk away [slayer-jinx-unamused]
why can't mana regen faster in general.
I think the regens in fountain should be curved such that they both hit 100% at the same time
Energy and alternate resource champions have a constant usage value throughout the game which is clearly vastly inferior late game when mana tends to become a near infinite resource even with maxed cdr. The nerfs to mana regen in all of its forms including the removal of the pots are obviously to give that minor disadvantage to mages of keeping them out of lane a little bit more that you want them to remove.
That would also also buff ad and ap mana assasins and everything else.
