Problems with Lux and buff suggestions

**Problem 1 : **Low teamfight DPS. Abilities have very long cooldowns apart from ult.

**Solution : **Passive marks can now be proc by all of Lux abilities. This will reward lux for comboing abilities for bonus damage and increase her DPS.

**Problem 2 : ** E cannot one-shot caster minions before Lux has 2 items.

**Solution : **E now does 20% bonus damage to minions

**Problem 3 : **Lux W is mostly useless untill late game because your team is very good at dodging your skillshots.

**Solution : **Now Lux lets out a burst of energy that gives nearby allies a massive decaying shield. Like Locket. Something like anti assassin insurance.

Her W needs all its nerfs reverted so she can be a champ with 4 spells again.

I concur. Her w is a skill shot and is not that good because it needs to comeback in order to proc the second part of the shield. Even on aram most people are moving around making it quite difficult to proc that second part of her shield. it think it should just proc all the shield through one pass whether it's going out or coming back and limit it to one shield proc per champion.

Her e should have an opposite affect on allied champions. So it slows enemies and speeds up allies.

her q should have more damage.

her R should do less damage because it makes her what i call a one button wonder champ which I wish riot would stay away from. Kind of like Syndra . I wish riot would just stay away from having to rely on one button(R) to get the kills.

The thing about Syndra, assuming you are full health, she needs to push more then just R to kill you. she either needs to be dropping Qs to set up her max orb Ult or she needs to hit other spells then ult.

Lux is perfectly fine as is. I'd hate to see her pick and ban rate go up. I'd rather she have no buffs, because she's in a healthy place right now IMO (speaking as a Lux one-trick), and I wouldn't want to see her balance of power change with buffs then compensatory nerfs. I don't want Lux to change.
