That's not how downvoting is suppose to work. Downvote low quality content. Thumb down stuff you don't like. This misconception about forum posting is something that even Reddit struggles with.

What are you even talking about? Pretty sure there is no separate "thumb down" and "downvote" button. So therefore, the downvote on the boards and Reddit represents both downvoting low quality content and things you do not like.

Your honor level is 0 if your account is lvl 1-25 (first two and a half seasons of the show) and then it increases by 1 level per level until you get honor level 5 at summoner level 30 (his redemption arc).
