Possible Dynamic Que Improvement Idea:

We all know there is something wrong with Dynamic Que, the fact that players feel frustration of premades and frustration that Ranked doesent feel competitive.

Possible solution to alleviate/improve DQ:

Have 1 ranked system that has SoloQ ONLY, and Team Que ONLY, and both of these modes count towards 1 ranked system.

For example:

Player 1 chooses soloQ, get's LP and climbs the ladder.

Player 2 chooses TeamQ, requirements for TeamQ is that he must have ATLEAST 2 total members in his team before .que.

What does this mean? soloQ players only .que with other SOLO players, and teamQ players only .que with PREMADES.

What does this solve? SOLOQ player frustrations towards premades, and TeamQ people can competitively play with other teams all under 1 RANKED LADDER, only 1.

Won't work.

The solution is the one they've ALWAYS had. Pure solo queue... and ranked 5's. THAT IS IT.

If you wanna play ranked with friends... get a team. Hell, you can play ranked 3v3 if you DEARLY want to ranked without a 5 man.

There is no way to separate the two queues without compromising the team-based one. One example is, in you thing people with groups of 2+ only get matched up with other groups of 2+. Well let's say a group of 4 queues up, it is impossible to matchmake it unless they put a solo person in the group of 4. Solo players are essentially the glue that holds the whole system together, as they fill the gaps in matchmaking, therefore you can't take them away without causing the whole system to not function.

The only way your system works is if people can only group up as 2,3, or 5, but not 4, at which point 2s and 3s get matched together to make 5. At that point however the system is just inconsistent and confusing and would just cause premades to face super long queue times anyway.
