Season Rewards and Elo Decay

So before summer '16 I got myself promoted to plat 5, when I got back from my 2 month vacation, I realized i got demoted to gold 1. I checked my match history and I'm 100% sure no one played on my account. So, if season 6 ends, would I still have the platinum season rewards? Or will I get gold? Just really wondering whether I have to sweat my ass back up to Platinum again.

There is no rewards difference between gold and platinum besides the border. If you want the border and to say you were plat, you have until the 7th to grind back up.

You get rewards for your rank at the end of the season. Not for peak rank during the season. Gonna have to grind back up
