Ranking System Algorithms need to be fixed

Pretty much what the title says, the ranking algorithm needs to be either fixed restructured or completely remade because it's fucking everyone over at this point. You want to climb several ranks? Well why don't we just match you up with guys who are have over 100 more MMR than you do. For crying out loud are you serious with this shit? There are games people get with on either team where there is a duo who is around gold 3 and is ranking with a silver 5, like how the hell can you not call that boosting? The player are over a division apart and gives the team with the gold player a much larger advantage because the game is easier for them to steamroll through the enemy team, and despite what people may think: Oh this happens very rarely. NO, NO IT DOESN'T. This happens way too often for it to even be considered a rare occurrence. Riot Games or Tencent, whoever the hell has majority ownership of the company and is making the decisions, FIX YOUR SHIT. At some point people will get fed up with it and resort to more extreme measures, I can say this with certainty because this game has already been hit several times by hacker groups and Riot Games/Tencent took quite the hit in their profits due to those attacks.
