Rengar ADC too op?

Im not really here to complain or anything, but I'm just really confused. I'm not a player who's really familiar with the technical sides of lol, and I've never played rengar or thresh before, but I was just wondering how Rengar adc could be THIS op. (he literally goes around one-shotting people wtf) is it because he's just really fed, or is it his build? I find it hard to believe that Riot hasn't done anything about this comp yet, because it's just so incredibly overpowered. and again, i'm not here to complain. there has to be something that i'm missing here. if it was really that OP, then riot would've already nerfed it.

It's not overpowered, it's just a clip reel of two good players who are working together. If Rengar starts to snowball, he'll tear up a squishy ADC like he does in the video.

They have bad games as well where this combo gets destroyed. They show some of those clips too.

The guy who makes those videos spends like 90% of his time thinking of weird shit he could do to make people angry so his mmr is really bad from losing so much.
