Vi Q doesn't work [Gameplay]

Steps to Reproduce:

I don't really remember what happened, and when the problem started. (About 20-30 minutes into the game)

Draft Pick+ Summoner's Rift 2.Q Ahri, and then use your E.

There are so many different variables, and I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else. This bug caused me to lose my game so I'm pretty pissed about it. (The game was 50 minutes long for gods' sake)

i think sometimes if something interrupts a spellcast or if you use a spell at the exact same time as you die it can cause it to glitch (not champion specific in this case) the fix for that is to quickly reload the game and have it work for the remainder not sure if this is your issue specifically but its still good to know in case it happens again
