so now if i go play ranked flex will it count as ranks for my next season?
if i go now and play ranked flex with my friend... will i get a new rank that will stay with me next season after 10 games?

There is a soft MMR reset at the beginning of each season, so while any MMR that you accumulate during preseason will improve your chances of seeding higher for the next season, it won't simply carry over into the upcoming season; you will need to go through placements again.
