Towers do not target Heimer's turrets.
I played a game versus Heimer.He would place turrets inside my tower's range,but they wouldn't be targeted.My tower had priority on minions!
Is that how it must be?

I've played a lot of heimerdinger and that's not how that works at all. The tower will target the turret after it's done killing the minion it was targeting before the turret was placed.
