Supports are not split pushers

Dear supports,

before you start playing this role learn the basics of the game.You are there TO PROTECT YOUR ADC,use your abilities to engage or disengage and support your team with vision,towers,inhibitors and objectives in general.

I just played a game as a Singed.I won my top,i helped my bot to win first tower although they were FAR BEHIND in farm and kills,took herald,destroyed bot inhibitor,took down 1 of 2 Nexus towers,and while we were about to take down middle inhibitor,our Leona decided that is was a good tactic to split push top and take down second top tower instead of grouping.

As a result we lost Baron and the game itself.YOU ARE NOT SPLIT PUSHERS.If you can't understand that,i suggest you to change roles or do something else like enjoying a cup of tea with your friends and discuss today's weather.

Top lane already has 0 value in this damn game.Do not make it far worse for us.

sometimes your adc is braindead and inting, and your carry is someone else. In that case, do your team a favor and support the carry and ignore your garbage adc, who is probably hard stuck bot lane into late game still trying to farm.

i'm sorry but if the ads is doing stupid things once laning phase is over i'm going to protect whoever the actual carry is whether they are mid, jungle, or the top. also i agree leo should be split pushing like that, it's one thing to clear a few minions that are at tower. however, some supports can clear and push. zilean can easily clear waves and push a lane if needed or if the team is fine on their own/making throw plays.

For those who downvote me without reading the topic.First priority should be a lonely inhibitor.Not a second top tower.When your whole team is alive and you have 2 dead enemies,it makes sense that you go for that lonely middle inhibitor.If you want to saythat the support MUST splitpush because of your "ego" reasons i'm sorry but your decisions might ruin games for the others like in this case.

When the majority asks you to group in critical moments for the game you should do so,not because you are supports but because it's a team game.Decisions like split pushing when you got a singed that can 1 vs 3 shouldn't be taken from you because YOU ARE NOT SPLIT PUSHERS.Especially when you don't have items for split pushing.

Dear guy , sometimes when your team sucks total ass and ur playing malzahar or brand support and u know u can 1 v 2 without them you split for a win .. also it depends on your champion ... as someone playing leona janna braum u cant split but if u know you cant support a team that fucking hehexd u might as well get a zzrot n run it down a side lane

Dear Silent Bomber,

Just because you experienced a Support splitting in your game doesn't mean you get to address all supports as they had the notion to split.

If you were mid and she was bot how'd you lose Barron? I mean those of you that grouped weren't there so why Blame Leo?

This typically happens when the support thinks they are better than their team, really common in like silver-plat. Though they can do it in bronze out of lacking a basic understanding of the game (this is also where you get sunfire frozen heart rush Leona players).
