I know a die alot but thats because i see opportunity my teammates dont see which leaves me out to dry and them going wyd im backing, when im like well we could of easily killed all 3 of them,... lol
You ask what changed, perhaps you changed. Are you communicating with your team or anticipating they are psychic and can tell what you want? Are you aware of your teams mana, or health and CD. Do they inform you after you acknowledge what you want to do that they are ready to all in with you?
If you do none of these, then you need to improve.
I watched one of your games, and found probably a lot of your problem is that you're extremely over aggressive.
I watched you dive a tier 2 tower, with half hp to kill their support who wasn't even worth gold anymore. Doing that gave them a full value shut down on you.
I saw you take a lux ult and be left with 200 hp, yet you still walked up to siege against a Jhin, who ended up quadra killing your team.
Reign in your aggression, and try to be satisfied with just blowing flash. You don't always need to pick up a kill.
Additionally I'm not sure why you're using Thunderlord's Decree on ADCs, but if it works for you who am I to argue.
Seeing as you play a lot of Lucian/Jhin/Ezreal exclusively, that may be your problem. They're not bad but they're certainly not as good. Last season they were absolutely disgusting with their penetration builds and flexibility. Honestly I hated those champions with a passion because of how easy it was to trade as them.

Positioning is one of the most important aspects of playing ADC. Sounds like you are getting out of position and then dying.
You should be behind your teammates. If your teammates are dumb and doing something besides what you think they should be doing, then running forward and dying doesn't help. Stay with them and behind them.
Vision also helps with positioning. Make sure you're using your trinkets and upgrade to blue trinket during the mid game.
