Help with screenshotting to .rofl files

Everytime I screen shot an ingame moment, this only happens in league, in converts my files to a .rofl file. Every link and video i have watched is an outdated source that says to copy it and post it in the RADs file, which no longer exists..

Is there a way I can force it to stop converting them to a .rofl file and just let it save to my designated screen shot folder like everything else on my pc? Or maybe an easy to way to convert these old files to an image? So sad I can't screen shot games currently :-(
