Our adc NEVER connected, there was no remake ever initiated, nor did it allow us to click surrender at any given time. Fiora was also dc'ing constantly. It was a 3v5 and we lost in 11 minutes because it wouldn't let us surrender.

ALSO, as the jng I was able to roam and go to bot and get some cs while the support was backing since there was no adc to farm it and i was only getting 4g per minion kill. Is that a new thing that just happened because I have never seen that happen before. Is there any way to change that loss into a remake on my account because ranked in low elo is stressful enough. Also couldn't figure out how to send a ticket it so whatever.

If you're the jungler and you're ahead on gold, lane cs will be heavily reduced. The ADC probably loaded it but disconnected immediately, if they load in at all it won't give you the remake. Sorry for your loss.
