I really feel this item is very good but I feel this item would be great if you remove the attack speed and increase the damage like up to 60 from 25. Because most ADC I've seen don't need such an items since they need to build other items rather than zephyr and I think it would suit assassin type champions.
Fried Noob1 votesIt has it's uses. The problem with buffing it is that it's an offensive tenacity item. They can't really make it have decent offensive stats otherwise it becomes a must buy. It's why clock and dagger and moon flair blade sucked and got removed (I believe those were the crit and AP tenacity items)
Omnipherious1 votesNo, a Tenacity item cannot have stats that make it an optimal choice regardless of whether you need the Tenacity. You buy Zephyr for the Tenacity, not the stats.
Athene's had this problem where it was basically the best mid-laner item because the amount/combination of stats were just so good you would be foolish to get anything else.
