The timer, cs, and gold on near Mini MAP, Preseason

Riot experimented last pre-season with the new first HUD changes. The timer and cs was on top of the mini map. I was wondering why they cannot use a put a option for us to use it.

Firstly, this would allow people to look the mini map more often. I know you would look at timer and cs constantly because people had to use tab to keep track of their lane opponent's cs. This was before they put the cs the left hand corner. This promotes more map awareness, which is kind of hard for lower elo's, such as me. We would constantly keep track, and if those "scores" were on top of the mini map then it would be really easy.
