You ruined him. First you acknowledge how important laughs are by adding it to Singed's Fling (GREAT CHANGE) then you COMPLETELY RUIN gangplank by reducing his ult epicness by AT LEAST 200%.
I refuse to play the rework untill the sound is changed back to the laughter. Please join me in this.

Pirates need to laugh during their ult. Imagine MF ult without the laugh...same goes for GP.

Knowing direction of his update they would gladly put epic laugh... into his E.

Maybe you should try playing the live rework before complaining about it.... he only didn't laugh in the ability previews because of the editing....
