You ruined him. First you acknowledge how important laughs are by adding it to Singed's Fling (GREAT CHANGE) then you COMPLETELY RUIN gangplank by reducing his ult epicness by AT LEAST 200%.
I refuse to play the rework untill the sound is changed back to the laughter. Please join me in this.

For Carthage5 votesThe old one felt like it always had an omniscient presence. It echoed loudly, had a kind of spectral tinge to it like some surreal being had just called own fire on your head.
It felt way more like he was watching from atop a cloud and waiting to smite you from above. He just feels like he has less presence.
