Olaf doesn't stop supresses.
Here's what happens:
Warwick ults, damage continues and he follows you.
Vi ults, nothing happens, you get knocked up.

The damage component of Warwick and Malzahar's ults are separate from the crowd control aspect. Olaf can cleanse the supression, but the damage continues regardless. Vi's ult should not knock you up; perhaps the buff wore off before she reached you? I know that you can't cleanse or reduce knock-ups once they've been applied. If this is a legitimate bug, it's possible that it's related to the 'unstoppable' portion of Assault and Battery.
Isn't that what Olaf ultimate is supposed to do?
