Shaco rework and bonus crit damage !
Hey, I was wondering if the new Shaco crit backstab is augmented by IE's passive or by Critical strike damage runes ? And if so do any of you think it could be good to go crit instead of damage ?

Assuming it's critical damage as shown on the PBE, it should be increased by Amplified Critical Damage, as IE and Runes.
With that said, I don't believe that buiding crit will be that good for the following reasons:

IE is the only item that gives critical damage, build that;

You get free, 100% granted crits on your backstabs every 2 seconds or so, making crit chance less important;

Your overall burst has already been increased.
Shaco has never cared much for Crit Chance. He's not supposed to be in a long trade to begin with. Unless your plan is to build tanky, the backstab crit will most likely be more than enough.
