What you said makes no sense in response to the original post. If you said "Yes" or "No" before hand it would make sense.

If you say "yes", I agree. If you say "no", I disagree. Strength of Ages had a counter and was permanent. Veigar, Kindred, Nasus, Rengar all have stacks that are permanently visible. Makes perfect sense to implement some way of tracking who you have killed for this passive.
