Or you could just disenchant two and probably have enough blue essence to get it anyway.

Sadly 2 disenchants is never enough Blue to complete a champion shard. I guess I never checked if you could disenchant 3 6400IP shards and combine to get a 450 IP. However, it holds true that 3x 6300 champs are not enough blue to get a 1350. I don't know. I don' tmind though. It's free, and I never get enough keys anyway to unlock chests so it's never a worry for me :P
