Normal Draft Pick Match making

Someone on the enemy team was duoing with a very low level, so riot decides to put me in a match with people who are barley level 30 and one person who was not. I have about 900 wins (1800 games) and I get paired with people who are still learning what to do? This is honestly ridiculous I don't want to spend games getting dominated or being dominated because some people are still new. I've been put with lower level players before and it really does show but never this badly, I think it has something to do with the huge queue time(15min) but it any case I'd rather wait then play with newbies :c

(I'm not shaming my team or the enemy team I'm not mad at them at all, I don't think new players should be put with players with more experience)

Well, i know that feeling but from the other side of the story.

With many smurfs, and/or high level summoners, seems like i got in a team with not even 6th tier mastery (like i am myself), agains't teams with 3 people there with thoses masteries.

It's really badly when that happens, because i never in a equilibrated game. Like, look, we won or we lost with a 10 death gap difference.

It's always something from 3 vs 20 at the mark of 20 minutes, and i really don't understand what is happening with que Queue system that's seems to punish newbies.
