Yasuo's Issues

I know that yasuo was a serious problem before, being very strong all throughout the game, but ive been finding that he has a seriously hard time during the early lane faze vs most of the other mid laners. His late game is just as strong as it used to be before, but his lane is just very very challenging. Im only a silver 2 yasuo main, but im still able to see a problem. Other mid laners like leblanc, zed, liss, azir, pretty much any of the other meta mid laners destroy him in lane. I had a thought about maybe just giving his flow passive a better charge from when he dashes, not increasing anything else tho, since he is strong other ways, he just gets poked very easily. Maybe giving it a change of just 2-5 added points to his flow shield every time he dashes could help this poke down problem. Any thoughts anyone?Yasuo

Good sir, Mid Yasuo is NOT the only Yasuo. Try top, jungle, or even ADC.

...Considering people build him like an ADC anyways...

still has two passives. maybe move the shield portion onto W as a (scaling?) passive, only available when the cooldown is up

He has problems with poke? His entire kit is based around making poke mages cry - free dashes to avoid skillshots, a wall to block projectiles, and a shield for what little poke does get through.

You list a small subset of mid champions who happen to do well against him (Zed has no costs so he can poke forever, Lissandra specifically counters mobile champions (and a lot of her skills are non-projectile), and Azir has flexibility of attack angles and good zone control.

His kit is extremely binary based on the matchup, and really toxic towards anyone he counters.

I, for one, don't ever want to see him strong again.
