HTTP Firewall Error for every game not playing with friends

Im pretty sure this isnt just me anymore since i have ruled out every single option for why i cannot connect to games without rebooting my client multiple times. I have check my firewall and league is not blocked. Yet for some reason i consistently have to reconnect multiple times to my games when im not playing with friends. I'm hoping someone can bring some light to this, or if anyone else has experienced this problem, honestly its incredibly annoying. Ive played since season three and this has been a problem ive had for about 2-3 years now ever since i got a chat ban and a week long ban (im reformed now). Someone please help!
