Darius - Hemmorage

I just fought a Darius with Jihn, every single time I went in to fight him, he'd hit me once with his Decimate and I'd be at full stacks of Hemmorage. Is he supposed to do this? Is there some extra mechanic not said in the description of him?

There is, check his passive, but anyway:

When Darius manages to either:

Hit a single enemy 5 times with AA or abilities (you can tell by seeing your ally with 5 bleed stacks).
Kills any enemies with his ult.

He will gain a debuff which grants him:

Bonus AD.
Next AA or ability to apply a straight 5 bleed stacks.

He probably got his passive up.
