[Idea/Suggestion]Encourage Smurfs to Not Feed

In ranked, every now and then i get a match where i'm with a total feeder that tells us they are feeding because they want us all to lose so that they can move down in rank, back to bronze 5.

I dont understand fully why they want to move down in rank, but these smurf players start climbing and they need to get back down to the bottom for some reason and so they go on feeding sprees until they are all the way back at the bottom.

So this affects a lot of people in a negative way.. so let me suggest that Riot add a button on the ranking page in the client that says "Reset My Rank back to Bottom""

Then, this way, with the simple click of a button, they are back at Bronze 5.. and thus it saves them time from purposely losing match after match and it also makes there be less feeders for the rest of us to play with.
