And then the enemy team start getting arrogant and play around giving you kills out of their own greed and overconfidence. then they goes to do baron with no vision while all of you are up and you get a perfect engage on them inside the baron pit wiping them out, taking baron and leading to victory.

You are more likely to be bronze if you surrender, I atleast win some of those games that my team is behind, you don't even try.

If Voli is 10-0 you probably won the game because he got all the kills, and the rest of their team will be completely useless. Never surrender, I even think they should remove this function...
