@Riot Q About Quicksilver Sash

Why isn't there an ap version of quicksilver sash? I understand that it may be because most ap assassins already have at least 2 escapes/mobility/heavy cc spells and would abuse a third get-out-of-jail-free-card , but what's the real reason, clarify pls.
